About Us

About Us

RAPHAEL MCCREIGHT is an independently operated online retailer of home appliances and accessories, serving customers in the United States and Singapore.

Our range includes air purifiers, dehumidifiers, water purifiers, vacuum cleaners and compatible accessories. We help customers choose products for everyday household needs, with information and support before and after purchase.

An Independent Retailer

We operate as a retailer, rather than a manufacturer. Brand names on our website identify the products we sell and belong to their respective owners.

Our store is responsible for fulfilling your order, answering product questions and providing the returns and store warranty arrangements described in our policies.

Choosing the Right Product

Choosing an appliance involves more than its appearance. Electrical compatibility, dimensions, installation requirements and replacement-filter availability can all affect whether a product suits your home.

Please review the information for your selected model before purchasing. If you need clarification, contact us with the product name and your delivery country.

We do not provide installation services. Where professional installation is required, customers should arrange a suitably qualified independent installer.

Delivery and After-Sales Support

Orders are dispatched from Memphis, Tennessee, United States. We offer free standard shipping to the United States and Singapore, with no minimum purchase.

Our after-sales arrangements include:

  • A 30-day return request period for eligible unused products, including sale items.

  • Store-paid shipping for eligible returns.

  • No restocking fees.

  • A 12-month store limited warranty on complete appliances.

Filters and other consumables are excluded from the voluntary 12-month warranty. This does not remove remedies for products that arrive damaged, defective or incorrect.

Please read our Shipping Policy and Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy for full conditions and timeframes.
