1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Available methods may vary depending on your location, currency and payment provider.

Please use a payment method you are authorised to use. Do not send payment card numbers, security codes or account passwords by email.

2. Prices and Currency

Review the currency and final order total displayed at checkout before completing your purchase.

The checkout total will show the selected products, applicable discounts, taxes collected by us and any other disclosed charges.

If your payment account uses a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply its own conversion rate or foreign transaction fee. These charges are determined by your provider and are not collected by RAPHAEL MCCREIGHT.

3. Shipping Charges and Taxes

Standard shipping is free on all orders delivered to the United States and Singapore, with no minimum purchase amount or promotional code required.

United States

Any applicable sales tax collected by us will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Singapore

We cover applicable import GST, customs duties and clearance fees for orders delivered to Singapore. You will not be required to pay these import charges separately upon arrival.

If a carrier or customs representative requests payment, contact us before paying so we can resolve the request.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout. Payment authorisation and verification are subject to your provider’s requirements.

Order processing begins after payment is confirmed. If a payment cannot be verified or is declined, we may be unable to process the order.

An order confirmation acknowledges that we have received your order. Product availability and payment verification may still need to be confirmed.

5. Unsuccessful or Duplicate Payments

If a payment attempt fails, check the payment details and contact your payment provider if necessary.

A pending transaction may be an authorisation rather than a completed charge. Your bank or provider controls how long pending authorisations remain visible.

If you believe you have been charged more than once, contact us with your order number, transaction date and the amounts shown. Please provide only masked payment information.

6. Discounts and Promotions

Any available promotion is subject to the conditions stated with that offer, including eligible products, minimum purchase requirements, exclusions and validity dates where applicable.

If a promotional code is required, enter it before completing checkout. Automatic discounts, when offered, will appear in the order summary when their conditions are met.

Review the final total before payment. If an advertised discount does not appear as expected, contact us for assistance.

7. Pricing Errors and Unavailable Products

If we identify a material pricing error or cannot fulfil an item, we will contact you.

We will not charge an increased price without your agreement. If the affected item is cancelled, we will promptly refund any payment collected for that item.

8. Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

For eligible returns, we will complete inspection and initiate the refund no later than 10 business days after receiving the returned goods, as explained in our Return, Refund and Limited Warranty Policy.

Refunds for orders we cannot fulfil or cancellations required because of shipping delays will be handled promptly in accordance with applicable requirements.

Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to display a refund. Exchange-rate changes or provider fees may affect the amount shown in your payment account’s currency.
